As for our payment processor provider, we are obliged to comply with their policies and requirements and financial regulations within the US. To help prevent unauthorized access and fraud, and keep your wallets secured, the KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure is a must.
How to verify your wallet?
Open the Payout wallet page.
To start the KYC verification process click Verify Wallet
- Make sure to read the Stripe Privacy Policy and information on the page.
- Click Agree and continue.
- Prepare an ID document, f.e. Passport, driver’s license, or government-issued photo ID.
- Click I’m ready to proceed. Follow the instructions.
- Make a photo of an ID.
- Make 3 photos of your face so Stripe can compare them with the ID documents.
- Click Continue.
It might take up to 3 working days to check the provided documents, with a status - UNDER REVIEW.
When the checking is done, you’ll see a Status change to VERIFIED.
Follow the instructions on the Page. It may ask you to upload ID documents, Address documents, or both.
Note:
- Make sure to provide permission for the app to get access to Gallery/Files
- Make sure to upload files less than 10 Mb.
- The image size can be a maximum of 8.000 x 8.000 pixels or smaller.
After you upload the necessary documents, click Continue and the system will run a quick check to make sure, everything is right.
Verification status
Wallet verification status is located at the left top corner. Let us get through all of them for you to know.
This status is shown when:
- Our payment processor is checking your information.
- When you’ve added additional documents for the review process.
- When you’ve started the KYC procedure but closed the app.
The status is shown after a successful verification procedure. No additional actions are required.
This may occur due to the following reasons:

Is shown right after the wallet was created -
Provide additional documents
This is shown when initial verification is completed, but you have to provide additional documents. -
Verification has failed
Verification failed due to the documents provided, the KYC procedure being interrupted, Mismatch between the documents and the information provided.
In this case, you have to provide us with additional documents. May occur only in verified wallets, but due to the new requirements from the payment processor or U.S. laws, additional information from you is required before a certain date. Not providing the documents or details required, will result in wallet restrictions.
This may occur due to the following:

Verify your wallet
Your wallet has been restricted so you have to complete your identity verification process. This may be caused by an invalid SSN or failed KYC verification. -
Provide additional documents
You have to provide us with additional information to remove wallet restrictions. -
Payouts paused
In this case, you cannot receive any payments or do a payout. Contact our Support Team to get more information. -
Verification has failed
Something went wrong during the wallet verification. It can be caused by an unsupported document or other error. Contact our Support Team to learn more.
Wallet is blocked status means you cannot do payouts or receive payments. However, you still can ask for a last payout.
Your wallet can be blocked due to the following:
- Terms of Service violation
- Payment processor terms violation
- You were identified as a fraudulent person or has been found on a third-party blocklist.
