These Content Policy Guidelines ("Guidelines") establish the mandatory standards governing the acceptable use of the Yzzy platform ("Platform") and apply to all users ("Users"). By accessing, using, or posting content on the Platform, Users expressly agree to comply with these Guidelines and to conduct all interactions in accordance with these rules and the spirit of fostering a safe, inclusive, and respectful community.

These Guidelines form an integral part of Yzzy’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and together they constitute a binding agreement between Yzzy and each User. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between these Guidelines and Yzzy’s Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail.

Yzzy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to interpret, modify, or update these Guidelines at any time, with or without prior notice. Users are solely responsible for remaining informed of the most current version of these Guidelines prior to each use of the Platform. Continued access to or use of the Platform following the publication of any modification constitutes the User’s binding acceptance of such revised Guidelines.

Violation of these Guidelines may result in corrective action, which may include, without limitation: the removal of content; suspension or termination of account access; and/or referral of relevant information to applicable law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

I. Community Safety and Personal Rights

Dangerous Organizations

Yzzy strictly prohibits the use of its platform to facilitate, promote, or otherwise support terrorism, violent extremism, or any organization engaged in or advocating for violence or other forms of harm against persons or property.

Content that promotes, praises, or represents the following is prohibited and subject to immediate removal:

Terrorist organizations: Non-state actors that advocate for or perpetrate violence against civilians to achieve political, religious, or ideological goals.
Organized hate groups: Organizations, whether current or historical, formed with the intent of promoting hateful ideologies based on, including but not limited to, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, Nazism, fascism, racial supremacy, or other ideologies that degrade human dignity or violate human rights.
Criminal organizations: Groups or their associates engaged in or facilitating unlawful activities such as murder, torture, kidnapping, trafficking of persons, drugs, or weapons, or financial crimes such as money laundering, extortion, scams, and fraud.
Groups engaged in armed conflict: Entities actively participating in military hostilities, providing military training, or engaged in procurement of military equipment, including individuals responsible for acts of mass violence.

Content that references such organizations or individuals in a neutral or condemnatory manner, such as in connection with journalistic, historical, or educational works, is permitted.

Harassment and Bullying

Yzzy strictly prohibits harassment or bullying, whether conducted online or offline. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

Intimidation or threats against individuals;
Mockery of individuals based on personal experiences, particularly survivors of abuse;
Sharing or distribution of humiliating, altered, or manipulated images or materials intended to shame or embarrass;
Encouragement or coordination of harassment campaigns, including but not limited to "raiding."

The platform is designed to foster an environment in which all Users can participate safely and with respect.

Doxxing

The unauthorized disclosure of personally identifiable information ("PII") of another individual is strictly prohibited on Yzzy, unless the individual has explicitly consented to the disclosure or the information is publicly available through official records. Prohibited PII includes but is not limited to:

Home addresses;
Telephone numbers;
Financial account details;
Medical information.

Such disclosures may result in significant harm, including harassment, identity theft, or physical violence.

Non-consensual Intimate Imagery

Users shall not upload, post, or share sexual or intimate imagery or recordings of any individual without that individual’s express consent.
Prohibited content includes:

Real or simulated intimate media depicting individuals without their consent;
Deepfakes or altered media created for the purpose of sexual exploitation.

Permissible exceptions include content that is educational, medical, advocacy-based, or survivor-focused and that does not promote or glamorize such acts. Yzzy encourages any victim of such violations to report the incident to both law enforcement and the platform.

Swatting

Users shall not engage in or promote "swatting," defined as the intentional act of making false reports to emergency services with the intent to provoke an armed law enforcement response.
Content encouraging or facilitating swatting is prohibited. Content that documents or raises awareness about swatting in an educational or journalistic context is permitted.

Violence and Threats

Yzzy prohibits the use of its platform to issue or encourage threats of violence or physical harm. This prohibition includes:

Direct, conditional, or implied threats;
Instructions, advice, or materials that facilitate planning or execution of violent acts;
Glorification of violent acts or individuals responsible for violence.

Content that is clearly intended as parody or satire may be permitted but may be removed if reasonably likely to be perceived as genuine threats.

Hate Speech

Yzzy prohibits hate speech in all forms. Hate speech is defined as any expression that attacks, demeans, or incites hatred or violence against an individual or group based on attributes such as:

Caste;
Disability;
Ethnicity;
Gender identity;
Immigration status;
National origin;
Race;
Religion;
Serious medical condition;
Sex;
Sexual orientation.

Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

Dehumanizing language;
The use of slurs or stereotypes;
Calls for violence, exclusion, or segregation based on the above attributes.

Users are expected to engage in respectful dialogue, even when addressing controversial subjects. Violations may result in content removal and account suspension or termination.

Inauthentic Behavior

Users must not engage in conduct designed to deceive, manipulate, or mislead others on Yzzy. Prohibited inauthentic behavior includes but is not limited to:

Misrepresenting one's identity;
Operating fake or automated accounts (bots);
Facilitating or promoting violations of Yzzy policies;
Offering or distributing materials designed to circumvent platform policies or artificially inflate engagement metrics (views, likes, followers);
Disseminating piracy-related materials.

Deepfakes

Yzzy prohibits the creation and dissemination of deepfakes that mislead or cause harm. Prohibited deepfakes include:

Deepfakes used to intimidate, harass, incite violence, or damage reputations;
Deepfakes depicting individuals in sexual contexts in which they did not participate;
Deepfakes of public figures used to mislead audiences in connection with commercial promotions, scams, or product endorsements.

Deepfakes that are clearly satirical, parodic, or used for political or social commentary may be permitted if the intent is not to deceive.

Impersonation

Users must not impersonate any person or entity in a deceptive manner. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

Misrepresenting another person’s or organization’s name, image, biography, or other identifying information;
Claiming to operate an official Yzzy account for a person or brand without authorization;
Misappropriating content associated with another individual or entity.

Satire, parody, fan content, or expressions of support are permissible provided they are clearly labeled to avoid confusion.

Spam

Yzzy prohibits the use of its platform to distribute spam or unsolicited advertising. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

Sending repetitive, irrelevant, or excessive promotional messages;
Posting misleading or deceptive links;
Using automated tools to distribute promotional materials;
Posting identical messages across multiple profiles or communities in excess.

Spam undermines the platform's integrity and user experience. Violations will result in enforcement action.

Misinformation & Fake News

Yzzy does not permit the intentional dissemination of false or misleading information that may cause real-world harm or materially distort public understanding of factual matters.
Prohibited content includes but is not limited to:

False claims regarding medical cures or health treatments;
Manipulated media intended to deceive;

Promotion of conspiracy theories lacking credible evidentiary support.

II. Personal Harm and Wellbeing

Harmful Acts

Content that promotes or encourages dangerous or self-destructive behavior is strictly prohibited on Yzzy. This includes, without limitation:

Advocacy or promotion of self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders;
Encouragement of reckless or hazardous stunts likely to result in injury or death;
Content that encourages other Users to participate in behavior that may cause physical or emotional harm.

Users may share personal experiences or create educational content on these topics provided such content does not glorify or normalize harmful conduct and is presented responsibly.

Dangerous Challenges

Yzzy prohibits content that glorifies, promotes, or provides instructions for participation in dangerous challenges, stunts, or activities that present an imminent risk of injury or death.
Content that documents such activities for educational or harm-reduction purposes may be permitted, provided that it includes clear disclaimers and does not encourage imitation.

Disordered Eating

Content that promotes, normalizes, or glamorizes disordered eating is prohibited on Yzzy. This includes but is not limited to:

Encouragement of extreme dietary restrictions;
Promotion of emaciated or unhealthy body images;
Instructions on harmful eating practices (e.g., forced feeding, inducing vomiting).

Content aimed at promoting body positivity, healthy lifestyles, or recovery from disordered eating is permitted.

Suicide and Self-Harm

Content that depicts, promotes, or glamorizes suicide or self-harm is strictly prohibited on Yzzy. This prohibition applies to all forms of content, including written, audio, visual, realistic, or artistic representations.

Permissible exceptions include:

Educational materials intended to raise awareness about prevention and support resources;
Survivor testimonials presented responsibly;
Fictional storytelling that does not glorify or encourage such conduct.

III. Sexual Content and Exploitation

Adult Nudity and Sexual Behavior

Yzzy prohibits the distribution of pornographic content or content intended primarily to elicit sexual arousal. Prohibited content includes but is not limited to:

Full or partial nudity presented in a sexual context;
Simulated or actual sexual acts;
Sexually explicit content in illustrated or animated form, including but not limited to hentai, anime, or depictions of anthropomorphic figures.

Exceptions may be made for content that serves a legitimate educational, medical, health-related, or artistic purpose, provided it is not presented for the purpose of sexual gratification.

Child Sexual Exploitation

Yzzy enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual exploitation. This includes real, illustrated, or computer-generated content, regardless of the creator’s intent.
For the purposes of this Policy, a "minor" is defined as any individual under the age of 18.

Prohibited content includes but is not limited to:

Visual depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit or suggestive acts;
Illustrated or computer-generated depictions of minors in sexual contexts;
Sexualized commentary about or directed at a minor;
Links to third-party sites hosting child sexual exploitation materials.

Prohibited behaviors include but are not limited to:

Sharing fantasies about child sexual exploitation;
Expressing interest in obtaining such materials;
Recruiting or advertising commercial sex acts involving minors;
Sending sexually explicit content to minors;
Attempting to engage minors in sexual conversations;
Coercing or blackmailing minors to produce sexually explicit content;
Publicly identifying alleged victims of child sexual exploitation;
Promoting sexual attraction to minors as an identity or orientation.

Any such content will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement.

IV. Criminal and Illegal Activities

Criminal Activity

Users may not use Yzzy to promote, facilitate, or engage in criminal conduct. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

Violent crimes, including murder, sexual assault, or physical violence;
Hate crimes;
Property crimes, such as arson, vandalism, or theft;
Participation in or promotion of criminal organizations.

Content depicting non-criminal activities such as consensual combat sports, lawful self-defense, and lawful hunting is permitted.
Individuals with prior criminal convictions may participate on Yzzy provided their content does not promote or encourage further criminal acts.

Human Trafficking and Exploitation

Yzzy maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of human trafficking or sexual exploitation. Users are prohibited from engaging in, promoting, or facilitating trafficking, including:

Sex trafficking;
Forced labor.

Violations will result in immediate account removal and referral to appropriate law enforcement. Content referencing human trafficking in a journalistic, historical, or educational context is permitted.

Weapons and Explosives

General Prohibition

Yzzy prohibits content that provides instructional materials for the manufacture or modification of weapons or explosives.

Bladed and Edged Weapons

Users may not sell, distribute, or raffle bladed or edged weapons, including but not limited to swords, daggers, or knives.

Firearms and Explosives

Users may not sell, distribute, or raffle firearms, explosives, ammunition, or related components.
Prohibited conduct also includes offering discounts, promotions, or incentives to acquire weapons and distributing content that facilitates the unlawful modification of weapons, including the creation of 3D-printed firearms.
Permissible content includes materials with clear educational, historical, fictional, or artistic purpose, provided they do not violate other Yzzy guidelines.

Gambling

Users may not use Yzzy to facilitate or promote gambling for money or items of value (including digital currencies).
Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

Betting;
Lotteries;
Raffles;
Casino games;
Fantasy sports wagers;
Poker;
Sweepstakes.

V. Regulated Goods and Services

Banking, Business, Cryptocurrency, and Finance

Users are prohibited from utilizing Yzzy to offer or promote financial services or investment opportunities in violation of applicable laws or regulatory requirements.
Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

Offering or promoting investment opportunities, equity sales, financial products, or cryptocurrency launches;
Promoting or recruiting for multi-level marketing (MLM) schemes;
Selling or distributing securities or derivatives without required regulatory approvals.

Permissible content includes neutral or balanced content for educational, historical, or journalistic purposes related to banking, business, cryptocurrency, and finance, provided it is not promotional or misleading.

Alcohol, Tobacco, and Marijuana

Content related to alcohol, tobacco, and marijuana is permitted on Yzzy only when presented in a journalistic, educational, historical, or analytical context.
Permitted examples include:

Tutorials on brewing alcohol;
Discussions regarding the cultivation of tobacco or marijuana;
Cocktail recipes;
Product reviews;
Support resources for addiction recovery.

Content promoting or facilitating the unlawful sale, distribution, or consumption of these products is prohibited.

Ingestible and Topical Products

Users may post content regarding cooking, nutrition, wellness, and health-related products provided such content does not contain misleading medical claims.
Prohibited claims include statements that a product:

Cures, prevents, or treats any disease;
Mitigates symptoms of a disease or medical condition;
Provides unsubstantiated health outcomes.

Permitted content includes recipes, tutorials, and balanced discussions regarding alternative medicine, supplements, health, beauty, and wellness.

Drugs and Prescription Products

Content that discusses the scientific or medical benefits of prescription or recreational drugs is permitted, as is content about drug misuse prevention and harm reduction, provided the following restrictions are observed:

Users may not provide or facilitate the acquisition of prescription or controlled substances without lawful authorization;
Users may not post content that depicts the unlawful use of drugs by real persons unless presented in an educational, medical, or journalistic context;
Content encouraging or glamorizing drug misuse is strictly prohibited.

Advocacy for the legalization of certain drugs is permitted if not accompanied by instructions for unlawful activity.

VI. Political and Military Content

Humanitarian Aid

Yzzy may be used to facilitate fundraising in support of humanitarian or medical relief efforts for civilians impacted by conflict.
Permissible fundraising includes:

Aid for displaced persons;
Medical support for civilians;
Non-military physical training unrelated to militia or armed forces (e.g., survival skills, fitness boot camps).

Military Funding

Users may not use Yzzy to fundraise for the procurement of weapons or other military equipment or for the direct support of armed forces or militant groups engaged in active conflict.

Political Funding

Users may not use Yzzy to directly fundraise for political campaigns or activities involving:

Political parties;
Political action committees (PACs);
Individual political candidates.

Permissible fundraising includes efforts related to social or political causes such as:

Equal rights advocacy;
Youth mentorship;
Gun violence prevention;
Democracy and civic engagement initiatives.

VII. Violent and Graphic Works

Yzzy prohibits the distribution of violent or graphic content that glorifies or promotes real-world violence or suffering. This prohibition applies to depictions of actual persons and hyperrealistic representations of persons.

Hyperrealistic depictions are those that mimic actual human anatomy, natural lighting, textures, and movement.
