Our platform sends two types of messages:

One-Time Password (OTP) Messages: These are essential for logging in and signing up to ensure your account's security. OTP messages cannot be opted out and are only sent when you explicitly request an OTP from Yzzy to log in or sign up.

Marketing Messages: These are promotional messages about products, services, and updates. You can easily opt out of these messages at any time.

Opting Out
To stop receiving messages sent via SMS:

Reply STOP: Simply reply with the word STOP to any text message received from our platform. You will immediately be unsubscribed from future messages of a particular type: marketing or OTP.
For example, if you want to opt out from marketing messages only, you should send the STOP reply specifically to a marketing message.
Please note: Replying to messages may incur charges determined by your local mobile provider. - Confirmation: After replying "STOP," you will receive a final confirmation text message indicating that you have successfully opted out.
Important: If you opt out from receiving OTP messages, you will be unable to log in to the YZZY app.
Opting Back In
If you later decide you want to resume receiving messages from the Yzzy app (marketing or OTP), reply with START, YES, or UNSTOP to the same SMS number.
