According to the service policy, we do not issue refunds to users in the following cases:
- The user is blocked.
- The user has fully used the service.
- The user has issued a refund through the marketplace bypassing the support service.
- For the Follow, Lifestyle features.
You can issue a refund in the following cases:
- You did not receive the service due to a technical error.
- Direct payments
- In-app purchases that are unavailable to use, a refund for the purchase price will be authorized through the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play).
- The entity was purchased by mistake and you did not use it.
- The purchased event did not take place.
- You were removed from the event participants list.
- There were changes in the Terms of Service, content, or other entities.
- Users retain the right to cancel paid activities at least 3 hours before their scheduled start time.
- You were not satisfied with the quality of the service.
