This part of the app might be important enough for you to know where it is placed. Primarily, it contains all the info regarding the purchase history of your account. Every purchase made by you in YZZY is recorded here. By visiting this page you can:
- Analyze your purchasing data, by viewing the list and be able to apply various filters
- Get detailed information on each purchase such as Cost, operation ID, recipient, etc
- Check our Refund Policy
- Ask for a refund
- Contact the Support team just in case you have any issues/questions left
How to get in?
Purchase history is located in the Profile Menu.
1. Open your Profile by swiping right or clicking your avatar
2. Tap Purchase history
If you’ve made any purchases in the app, you’ll find a list of all transactions on the account.
If you want to find a particular transaction, click the Filter button, located at the top right corner.
Here you can choose different parameters to help identify the data you are looking for.
After choosing the necessary options tap Apply to see only the filtered list. If you want to get the details on a particular transaction, just tap on it once. All the available purchase details are located here, as well as the option to contact us.
Note: Purchase details are a highly sensitive part of account information. Make sure not to reveal to anyone any of it except for the Support Team, which can be contacted ONLY via our official website or e-mail. Remember, the Support Team WILL NOT contact you via unofficial channels, personal emails, in-app chats, etc.
