All registered YZZY users have access to purchasing services, content, and other entities on the platform, regardless of payout wallet, or activity.
Please note that we currently only accept credit card payments. Should you require alternative payment options, our dedicated support team is happy to assist you.
For a clearer understanding of the payment process, please refer to the following payment flow.
Note: You cannot use your Payout wallet for purchases.
Once you have decided to make a purchase, click Buy. You will then be taken to the Payment Details page.
Here you will see the following fields in the Summary section:
- Amount
- Service fee
- Sales tax
If this is your first payment in the app, you will need to add a Billing Address and Payment Method. The Billing Address field is used to calculate taxes and fees, while the Payment Method field is how you pay for the purchase.
Note: Both of these items are required to complete the purchase.
We recommend that you start by adding a Billing Address.
- Tap + Add billing address.
- Enter your address information (State and Zip-code)
- Click Save.
After adding the billing address, the payment total amount will be recalculated. You can learn more about fees by clicking How is the total amount obtained? below the Summary section.
Next, you need to add a Payment Method.
- Click + Add payment method.
- Select the type of payment (card, service, etc.).
- Enter your payment information.
- Select your country or region.
- If you plan to use this payment method again, check the box next to Save this card for future payments.
- Click Continue.
Note: If you enter any incorrect information, you will see a warning message.
If you successfully add a new payment method, it will be displayed in the Payment Details window and will be available for selection.
To make a payment, simply click Pay. If the payment is successful, you will be redirected to the page where you initiated the payment process. You will see a message indicating that the payment was successful.
Payment Errors
If you receive an error during the payment process, you should check the following:
- The accuracy of the regional data you are entering such as state and zip code (should match the selected state).
- Card details you are entering (card number, CVC, MM/YY, card owner).
- You have the required amount for the purchase on your account you’ve chosen for purchasing.
- Card expiration date, it might be expired.
If you have any questions regarding the Payment process, you can always contact the Support Service.
