Please send an email to our support team at support@yzzyapp.com with the subject line - Purchases, or submit a request via our web form. In the request type pick - Purchases.
In your email, include the following information:
- Your Yzzy account name
- Email address associated with your account
- Transaction ID or receipt number of the payment
- Description of the service you intended to buy and the service you mistakenly purchased
Our support team will review your request and contact you for any additional information if necessary.
Please note that the processing time for payment transfers may vary depending on the complexity of the request.
