Generally, refunds for in-app purchases are non-refundable, however, we understand that different circumstances can arise, leading to the request.
While Google Play or Apple Pay offers automated refund options, understanding your specific situation is crucial for finding the best solution. By contacting us directly, you can ensure your concerns are addressed effectively and promptly.
Please note: Requesting a refund through the stores may result in the restriction of certain features on your account. In such cases, we may be unable to process future requests, including refunds.
To increase your chances of a successful refund, please do the following:
- Do not delay: The sooner you submit your request, the better. Delays may limit our ability to process it effectively and in time.
- Be patient: Please allow some time for our team to review your request. We appreciate your patience while we work toward a resolution. Once you send the request, you don’t have to worry about any time limits.
- Make sure, that you have a valid e-mail address in your profile settings. Without a verified email address you cannot request a refund. This e-mail will be also used to communicate with you regarding a refund process by the Customer Service team.
