Transferring Screenshots or Recordings
Apart from attaching files in the Action Center or via email, you can utilize cloud storage services for easy file access and sharing, such as Google Drive. Here’s how to share via Google Drive:
1. Open the screenshot or recording in Google Drive.
2. At the top menu, above the file, click on Share.
3. In the pop-up, set the access to Anyone with the link can view.
4. Click Copy link and then Done.
5. Paste this link into your case submission or email.
This method ensures a secure and efficient way of sharing large files without overloading email attachments.
